Yoga in daily life

Om - It all started in the end of Sep 2012 when somebody told me about the free yoga classes on sundays in sewri (Mumbai). It was my first day. I saw almost all the people wearing white clothes(kurta). After waiting for half an hour i saw a man coming on the stage and everyone started bowing down for blessings. It was Guruji. Looking at the guruji (master) my ego went up and touched 104! I thought how can a man who is delivering the lecture knows everything about the life but I was a fool.

After spending four years under his guidance & practising(Pranayama, asana etc)  my whole body is purified and mind has started learning the deep journey of self. I am slowely moving towards the goal of life which is not the money but the ultimate freedom. My ego is not ready to leave but i have recieved some tools for everday use.

Guruji says, "its a process and it takes years to reach the goal but never leave your sadhana. You will be free from all hurt & hatred. Give love, be regular in sadhana (practise), do seva, be vegetarian and you will attain the goal." Till now i have understood only 1% of yoga even after practising for so long. Each day is a new exprience. Whenever this body practises the kriyas, it comes across a new thing which is different from the last exeprience of the same practise. He says daily five minutes in brahma muhurta if you dont get time but don't miss the sadhana.

Guru is like father, mother, teacher. I feel blessed to be born in a country like India where the people are not much bothered regarding their body but more about the soul. India has super wisdom, willpower, courage and so much of a teaching to be given to other countries.  Afterall if anything can save the world it is sprituality!!
